
Many exercises that target larger arms don't require weight lifting are available. Water bottles or soup cans can be used as weights. However, you need to train your arms to failure in order to build large amounts of muscle. These techniques aren't suitable for beginners, but you can still find them very effective. Just follow these tips to build your arm muscles: (*) Do the following arm exercise routines at home to build your muscles:
o Leg swing: Start by standing straight, with your arms bent. Next, lift your palms up on either side. You should move in a circular motion, keeping your feet planted. When performing the exercise, be sure to squeeze your biceps as well as keep your core tight. Then, hold a barbell over your head, and then bend your knees to a 90 degree angle. Now, place the weights on your chest and pull them towards yourselves.

* The leg swing: This exercise involves extending one leg back and lifting the other one. Concentrate on the triceps and not the biceps while performing leg swings. The handstand requires that you hold the weight at your head. You should hold your biceps tightly and then slowly lower them to the floor. These exercises are also effective at building larger arms without the use of weights.
o The handstand: You place one arm behind your head and the other behind your body. Holding the other end of the arm, you will need to raise your arm parallel to the surface. This makes it difficult for your forearms, which will make it harder to support your weight. It will build your biceps, and also strengthen your arms. Try holding the vacuum cleaner in your other hand, and performing biceps curls using one arm.
The armstand: The armstand is a classic exercise for bigger arms. You can also use dumbbells and other equipment at the house. You could use a brick, can of soup or a water bottles to do this exercise. One hand can be used to perform this exercise, provided you have a straight back. It will strengthen your biceps, and improve your overall body posture.

One-arm pushups are the most effective way to strengthen your biceps. For this exercise, extend your elbows outwards and use your biceps as a support for the object. Your biceps will have to compensate for the absence of support. If you have trouble doing it, you can also perform it with one arm. The handstand is a great arm exercise and will make you look attractive.
